At minimum, there needs to be at least a notification visible onscreen indicating operational and communications lapses on the ADT and LIS interfaces when an administrator is logged into navify POC Operations. That way the POCC at least knows to call their local IT to start investigating, which may end up as a call to Roche if it is not the customer side that has failed. Perhaps this can be a System Health tile/screen on the initial login page of navify POC Operations that gives alerts like this (with the appropriate red number tag on the tile if there are urgent ones in there that have developed).
