Change workflow to be able to generate multiple reports after each other with different parameters

Was raised during customer interview (CNMTL)

When the customer wants to generate the same report with slightly different parameters (e.g. for different sites), they need to re-enter all parameters again.

The report opens in a new window, but the user is brought back to the reports page. Instead, they could get back to the report criteria, so they could change the criteria and generate another report.
