Resizing of LJ graph (US)

Device Management module: Need ability to resize graph and view so that Point of Care Coordinators can view on a laptop, rather than having to view on a workstation 24" monitor Quality Control: Cannot adjust the screen to see the entire graph screen center is not adjustable and you have to scroll the graph.
